Sometimes cookies make you warm and fuzzy inside. Sometimes they freeze your internal organs into an icy knot of agony. Sometimes they just kill you. It all depends on the recipe.

I liked the 2nd trilogy (for people who are confused, 4, 5, and 6) more than the first. It had some suspence that was fun to watch. Idk, just my opinion...

well i gotta agree that episodes 4 5 and 6 were better movies (writing, directing), but episodes 1 2 and 3 were good violent, mindless entertainment

Okay, I've been pondering this for a long time, so can someone please explain this to me: why did the Rebellion form?
I mean, on Episode 3, when Palpatine announced that he would turn the Republic into a Galactic Empire, all the people were cheering and clapping, and they all seemed totally for it. In other words, what did the Empire do that caused a Rebellion against it?

There were rebels the whole time. The seperatists, Senator Organa, yoda and obi wan. Even if they were clapping, it doesnt mean they actually meant it.

I saw the rebelion form in episode 3! Deleted sceans in Episode 3, shows the forming of the Rebel Alliance. And yes the Confederacy were technicly the good guys the whole time, the rebels.

No, the CIS were not good guys. They oppressed their systems as badly as the Emperor did after the fall of the Old Republic. It's just that the Republic became the bad guys when Palpatine staged a conspiracy and took command of the clones to his own end. Before that they were defending their systems and liberating those of others.
But really, the two were but pawns of the Sith.
