Guys, I really think I might have found the answer to our 'prayers'. The game is Soldier Front, it is absolutely (except for advanced features, which I guess you can use) FREE. It's a FPS that a bunch of people play. Starting servers and running them is free as well, but there's only one problem. You can't have servers running all the time. You can only run them if somebody is on. Oh, yea, btw, in order to show that you're in a clan it costs money. BUT THIS REALLY COULD WORK!! I'm hoping to have all of the active members still left to give it a shot. PLEASE JUST ONE MORE SHOT GUYS, THIS COULD WORK!!

Because this game seems like one with a lot of potential, as of right now it is an official test division of First Strike Battalion; you may start recruiting for this division immediately. Once there are a total of five people involved with this division, it will become a full division like Battlefront II. While it is unfortunate that you cannot run a dedicated server on this game for free – as you can in Battlefront II -, a “PC home” server will be sufficient, as long as it is running at least a couple of hours a day six or seven days a week.
I also have a question regarding this game: how much would it cost each new recruit of FSB to be able to include the “(>FSB<)” tags in their in-game name?

Actually, I made a mistake. It doesn't cost any money at all to say that you're in a clan. So guys, just one more person! I need one more!
